- How do I start a run? Tap the start button on the home screen; Runity tracks your distance, pace, and time live with GPS.
- Can I run phone-free with Apple Watch? Yes. With the Watch app you can start a run from your wrist and see your heart rate and metrics.
- How does the AI coach work? Open the chat screen to message the AI coach and get personalized guidance based on your run history.
- Why are location and health permissions needed? Location is required to record your GPS route, and HealthKit is used for metrics like heart rate and calories. You can manage permissions anytime in iOS Settings.
Subscriptions and Billing
Your Runity subscription is managed through the Apple App Store. To view or cancel it: on your iPhone go to Settings > (your Apple Account) > Subscriptions and select Runity.
To restore a subscription you already purchased on a new device, use "Restore Purchases" on the in-app purchase screen. For any billing issue, contact support@wearerunity.com.
